1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website operated by Marathon Display Frames Pty Ltd (“MDF”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — including marathondisplayframes.com — or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites.

2. Products

All products are made to order. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor colour variations between screen displays and actual products may occur. Frame dimensions are approximate. Licensed event branding is used with the permission of the respective event organisers.

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the stated price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are accepted when we send an order confirmation email.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• ·All personal and payment information provided is accurate and complete
• ·You are authorised to use the payment method provided

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency of your regional site. Prices are inclusive of GST (Australia) or VAT (United Kingdom) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processors and is subject to their terms. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery times and costs. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy. As all products are made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, images, logos, frame designs, and licensed event branding — is owned by or licensed to Marathon Display Frames Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. Licensed event branding remains the property of the respective event organisations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marathon Display Frames Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
