Production Time
All frames are handcrafted to order. Production takes 5–7 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your frame has been dispatched.

Transit times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (Christmas, Easter). Production time of 5–7 business days is not included in transit time estimates above.
Order Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can monitor your delivery in real time.
International Shipping
We ship to all major countries worldwide beyond our four main regional stores. If your country is not served by one of our regional sites, orders placed on the .com.au, .co.uk, or .com stores can be shipped internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and parcel weight.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside Australia, your country may charge import duties or customs taxes on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking your country's customs thresholds before ordering.
Packaging
All frames are packaged with care — foam-protected corners, custom-cut inner packaging, and outer carton reinforcement. We pack to withstand the rigours of international transit. In the unlikely event of transit damage, please see our Refund Policy.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged a re-shipping fee. Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order — contact us immediately at orders@marathondisplayframes.com.
