But that medal represents something real. The 5am training runs. The long runs when you wanted to quit. The taper madness. The race itself. It's not just a piece of metal — it's evidence of what you're capable of.
Why a drawer isn't good enough
Most runners we talk to have a dozen medals in a box. They remember every race vividly, but the medals are hidden away. They're not celebrating the achievement — they're storing it.
A proper display frame changes that. Your medal, your race bib, your race map — together in a frame on the wall. Not packed away. Displayed. The way a trophy would be displayed.
What goes in a display frame
- ✓Your finisher medal (held securely in a purpose-built medal opening)
- ✓Your race bib / runner's number
- ✓The official race map
- ✓Optionally: a personalised engraved nameplate (iTAB) with your name and finish time
Choosing the right frame
Our large frames hold the medal, bib, and map together. Small frames hold the medal and bib. Extra large frames are for the ultimate display — ideal for Ironman and ultra races where you have more memorabilia to show.
Frame colours are available in Black, Oak (natural wood), and White. The frame you choose should suit your wall and your personal style — they're designed to look at home alongside family photos or as a feature piece above a desk or mantlepiece.
Officially licensed matters
We're officially licensed by more than 60 race organisers worldwide. That means our Gold Coast Marathon frame uses the real Gold Coast Marathon branding. Our London Marathon frame is the one endorsed by the London Marathon. When you buy an official frame, you're getting the frame designed in partnership with the event you ran — not a generic imitation.
